Permanent – Part Time (18-21 hours per week) Stockdales is a charity based in Sale, just south of Manchester City Centre, with a wealth of experience in making a difference to children, young people and adults with learning disabilities. Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Recruitment Coordinator – someone to provide recruitment support to the team by attracting, interviewing and processing new candidates to work across the service. So, if you have exceptional communication and organisational skills, experience working in a recruitment role and share our passion for recruiting the top talent, then we would love to hear from you About the role Joining us as an additional Recruitment Coordinator, you can look forward to a varied role, where no two days are the same Your day-to-day duties will consist of daily use of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), conducting interviews, designing recruitment adverts, taking calls from a range of individuals in an efficient and professional manner and other general office duties such as attending meetings, updating paperwork and scanning and filing. You will attend job fairs and other external recruitment events in addition to distributing recruitment materials locally to ensure we are an established employer in the local area. You will be responsible for managing relationships with recruitment companies, sourcing new potential companies to work with and developing new sources of candidates. From time to time, you will be asked to give presentations on Stockdales and recruitment therefore strong presentation skills would be highly beneficial for this role. With strong interpersonal and administration skills, you will thrive working in a busy environment – able to prioritise a heavy workload and multi-task. IT literate with great problem-solving skills, you will be reliable and driven and can provide solutions in a calm and methodical manner. You must hold a Driving Licence and have access to transport.
