Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Indenovo Global Search & Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the food manufacturing, ready meal, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), and food service sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth and meet sales targets.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure consistent growth and meet sales targets.
* Solution-Based Sales: Effectively present cheese ingredients through tailored, solution-based sales pitches that address client needs and demonstrate value.
* Negotiation: Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships.
* Hunter Mentality: Proactively seek out and close new business opportunities, demonstrating a strong hunter mentality.
Requirements:
* Industry Experience: Established network and proven experience in selling to pub chains, large food service and catering companies (e.g., Sodexo), and QSR giants (e.g., Burger King, KFC).
* Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in Business Development with at least 2 years of experience specifically within the food industry.
* Mobility: Willingness and ability to commute to the office/site at least 2-3 days a week.
