If you are looking for a dynamic role that offers diversity, fulfilment, and the opportunity to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you Responsibilities: • Develop and cultivate our client's company culture, inclusive of core values and employee behaviours. • Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and company standards. • Collaborate with hiring managers in the recruitment process. • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new team members. • Enhance staff communication channels and maintain the HR system. • Administer employee benefits and provide guidance on terms and conditions of employment. • Coach and develop team leaders, sharing best practises and supporting their growth. • Monitor staff appraisals and goal-setting processes. • Identify skills gaps and design training programmes. • Promote employee well-being through the implementation of company initiatives. • Improve staff retention rates and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment. Requirements: • A proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills. • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, ideally working as part of a small team or in a stand alone role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Meticulous attention to detail and organisational abilities.
