Your role:
Join our Organisational Development team to shape the council's new era of Progress with Unity. Embed the six ways of working, support transformational programmes, and deliver OD tools. Influence key strategies, plan large scale events, foster a positive employee experience, and thrive in a dynamic, creative environment. Working with the OD Business Partner, you will be managing a team to help deliver our communications and engagement strategy to over 5000 staff.
About you:
You should have relevant qualifications or experience, along with a positive and passionate energy. Creativity is important, as well as strong writing, communication, facilitation, research, and decision-making skills. Experience in designing and implementing effective OD initiatives is valuable. Strong project management and organisational skills, along with the ability to see strategic links, are needed. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is crucial.
