Are you looking to kick start your career with a creative and growing business?
We at PM Solutions are looking for an apprentice to join our operational support team to assist with various tasks and support the team.
What will I be doing? [you're role will be to:]
* Manage telephone calls, emails and client visits daily
* Work to become a super user of Management Information System (MIS) called Shuttleworth, documenting all decisions / changes on client files
* Prepare accurate documentation on various systems such as Excel and Word
* Act as a first responder for communications with clients via phone and email
* Collaborate with other teams such as IT and production teams daily, to ensure smooth processing of client orders
* Process Royal Mail OBA mail bookings and parcel bookings where required
* Prepare invoices & send to clients on a weekly basis using MIS and Xero
* Complete postal tracker for postal profit analysis on a daily/weekly basis
* Input returns information in correct format for each client & send/place where required, daily
* Maintain supplier documentation files, including received invoices
What do I need to be successful?
* Good time keeping skills
* Willing to learn new skills
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work well individually and with a team
Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Salary: £17,000 per annum.
