Class1 Personnel are recruiting for a Anti Social Behaviour Officer, this role is being offered on a 6-month contract which has the possibility to be extended. Hours are 37 hours per week, Mon to Fri - Hybrid Rate up-to PAYE 19.07 6 months contract 2-3 days in the office Responsibilities for the Anti-Social Behaviour Officer include: Completing risk assessments and dynamically assess situations to tackle ASB and support complainants. Investigating reports of nuisance, harassment, and anti-social behaviour (and occasionally domestic abuse), and determine appropriate actions. Deciding on additional measures for evidence gathering, such as sound recording and CCTV. Maintaining high standards of case management and support teams through supervision. Keeping meticulous records of all actions, discussions, and decisions. What You'll Need: Experience in ASB case management, preferably in social housing. Excellent communication skills across various channels. Teamwork skills to deliver excellent service in a challenging environment. Experience with equality and diversity issues, including Equality Impact Assessments. Professional curiosity to identify residents with support needs.
