We have a new project in Hull (UK) and need a Special Equipment Operator who loves heavy lifting and big machines.

Due to strong growth, we are looking for a driven International Special Equipment Operator with a fascination for heavy lifting and large machinery.
Your job as a SPMT Operator in a nutshell:
* Load and unload equipment, prepare for assembly, and check materials.
* Assemble and disassemble on-site; help with other preparation work.
* Assist during lifting operations.
* Report, discuss, and solve on-site problems.
* Perform technical maintenance.
You will report to the planning supervisor and work in a small team of about 3 people.
About you
We need a stress-resistant, proactive team player who loves large machines and outdoor work. A degree or some experience is good, but we value the right attitude more. You should have logical insight, a sense of responsibility, a focus on safety, a hands-on mentality, flexibility, and an interest in large machines and technology.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience with SPMT of minimum 4 years.
* Strong logical insight and quick learning ability. You should be able to grow into a supervisor role.
* Good observation skills. If something is unclear or unsafe, you should initiate a stop and consultation.
* Good English skills to communicate with colleagues, project managers, and clients worldwide.
* Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
* Flexible attitude towards tasks and working hours.
