Job Title: Registered Manager
Care Outlook, a leading home care provider in the London and South East of England since 2005, is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our team at Highdown extra care scheme.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the scheme and ensure the delivery of exceptional quality care to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
* To manage the overall operation of the scheme, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care
* To lead, motivate, and support a team of carers and other staff members
* To assess and evaluate the needs of residents, developing and implementing personalized care plans
* To maintain accurate records and reports, providing data-driven insights to inform service improvements
* To establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including family members and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in social work or a related field (e.g., nursing, psychology)
* Significant experience in care management, preferably in a similar setting
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
* A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices in care provision
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
