Pharma - OnDemand
The On-Demand business is aspecialist medical supply business that sources and distributespharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and consumable supplies tohealthcare professionals in over 160 countries worldwide. We haveoffices in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and New Zealand. The company'smain divisions encompass everything from International Salesthrough Sales to NGO's and Charities, Clinical Trials Supply,Imported (Unlicensed Medicines), Sexual Health Supplies, and thestorage and distribution of medical products and devices for thirdparties.

TheRole
This is a specialized supportingrole, focused on ensuring consistent exemplary customer experienceis provided to our International customers. Working with the salesteam, the Sales Support Coordinator
will throughurgency, quality and reliability deliver value to our customers inneed of access to medicines on a global scale enabling Durbin, Partof the Uniphar Group to become the number 1 supplier of choice forInternational Sales/Exports via our UK Headoffice.
KeyOutcomes
* Supporting thesales team to provide a best-in-class customer experience, whilealigning to business strategies and objectives with a focus onmaximising value within Key Markets
* Ensurecustomer orders are managed appropriately within specifiedSLA.
* Establish a working relationship with theProcurement and sales teams. Monitor backorders and track shipmentswhere required, continuously keeping customers informed on leadtimes.
* Work alongside the Procurement team toensure that the team are creating and maintaining an appropriatepricing structure for all International Salesorders.
* Collaborating with Internally divisionsto ensure all relevant paperwork and documentation is in place tocomply with GDP practices whilst supporting and driving allregulations in force relating to the supply of medicines andmedical devices.
* Supporting product set up's onASC, following guidelines on product set up's, and managing masterdata.
* Support on setting up new customers andsupplies, following through with QA andFinance.
* Any other duties that may ariserelating to the support of the account managers to drive growth andprofitability.
AccountRelationships
* Supportrelationships with clients through active consultation and regularcommunication
* Support the team in developing afull understanding of the client needs.
Administration&Finance
* Support widerteam in monitoring performance against agreed budgetarytargets.
* Ensure all customer details are up todate across the company systems.
* Support inpricing queries with suppliers, blocked invoices, and creditclaims.
Qualification,Experience & Skills Required
* An understanding ofthe domestic supply and UK importation of unlicensedmedication.
* Prolific IT skills (MS Office,Excel, PowerPoint etc).
* 3 years minimumexperience in a customer facing/servicerole.

This role will be based in ouroffice in Hayes where a flexible hybrid working model is alsoavailable. It's important to achieve the right balance betweenface-to-face interactions with virtual working over the long term.Moreover, there will be flexibility required to interact withcolleagues (i.e., it's not a '9 to 5' type of job).
