Department: Quality Location: Bucks - High Wycombe/Hybrid Compensation: £25,000 / year Description CRM Database Administrator Buckinghamshire Mind Permanent Contract | 19 hours per week Working days and hours tbc Pay: £25,000 FTE (actual £12,838) Are you passionate about data? Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a CRM Database Administrator. A key part of Buckinghamshire Mind's strategy is to be more informed; developing our ability to measure the impact we are having and inform the way we design our services to ensure we are working in the most effective way to meet our vision of ensuring that everyone with a Mental Health problem has access to the support they deserve. Key Responsibilities: Part of the Quality Team, as our CRM Database Administrator, you will: Support users answering day-to-day queries and provide technical assistance. Provide ongoing training to staff and develop supporting documentation and training materials. Configure the system with any changes required. Play an active role in embedding the system into daily use and improving the way we work with data to inform our reporting. Work with services to ensure that the data stored on the CRM system is accurate and relevant, in order to best support our growth and development towards strategic goals. It will be advantageous to have worked with a CRM or a charity database, though not essential. You will have an excellent eye for detail and able to manipulate large quantities of data using Excel or other tools and have a good understand and experience of how databases are configured. Requirements: A genuine passion for data Attention for detail coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
