We are proud to be partnering with a Social Housing Provider in Monmouthshire, who are looking to appoint a Repairs Planner for three months on a temporary basis. This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and an hourly rate of £17.00 via an Umbrella Company. The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative skills and ideally have experience coordinating Electricians to carry out routine inspections. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Scheduling electrical works across a portfolio of domestic and commercial properties within the council's stock Monitoring electricians' diaries to track repair progress and ensure tenants are kept informed Overseeing sprinkler servicing and coordinating with contractors to schedule necessary works Raising purchase orders to facilitate contractor payments Monitoring tenant satisfaction surveys Supporting with void repair bookings during busy period Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Experience coordinating, and scheduling repairs Experience maintaining, updating and editing in-house databases Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working Flexible working days Possibility of extension Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (Flexible start/finish) Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
