Scope of Role
Avondale Foods is a leading food processing company of Fresh and Chilled products supplying leading retail businesses such as Marks & Spencer, Morrison’s and Waitrose in the UK.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Sales Team by organising customer accounts including data entry, updating customer information and maintaining accurate records right first time. The Sales Administrator will support the Customer Support Manager with customer communications and supporting the sales team in delivering the company sales strategy to grow sales, increase market share and ultimately increase the company’s profitability.
You will learn how to resolve customer queries by liaising with all departments as well as getting the opportunity to meet customers along with Avondale Foods Account Managers. In this role you will build your people skills effectively dealing with customers and building strong customer relations.

This role is ideal for someone who wishes to pursue an Apprenticeship in Business or similar.
