Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver engaging and creative lessons for early years foundation stage (EYFS) students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an EYFS setting
* Experience working with EYFS students
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
* Understanding of child development principles
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
* Strong classroom management skills
* Proficient in using technology to enhance learning
Desirable Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
* Experience in working with diverse student populations
This role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Full-time hours are expected, with occasional participation in school events outside regular hours.
