We are currently seeking a Transformers Sales Manager for our client who designs, manufactures, and supplies a comprehensive range of electrical products. The Transformers Sales Manager will manage existing accounts whilst actively going out to win new business.
Duties:
1. Maintain Customer Relationship Management database accurately and in a timely manner and produce a monthly sales report.
2. Promote and develop corporate image and reputation and contribute to overall business development plan.
3. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and provide the Managing Director with market activity feedback.
4. Where customers are comfortable, conduct face-to-face visits; alternatively, arrange video calls.
5. Develop lasting business relationships with new, current, and previous clients.
6. Provide a technical solution to the clients' needs (in conjunction with Engineering when needed).
7. Oversee order progress with project engineers and update clients.
8. Utilise company CRM system to record activities and client information.
9. Promote a positive image of the business.
10. Where required, attend trade exhibitions on behalf of the company.
11. Undertake any further training.
The ideal candidate:
1. Previous sales experience of High Voltage equipment.
2. Strong technical knowledge supported by Electrical qualifications.
3. Enthusiastic.
4. Organised.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Tenacious.
7. Positive attitude.
