We are currently looking for a
passionate Floor
Supervisor, to join our Accommodation Services on
a permanent basis,
with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star
service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in

As a Floor Supervisor, your main duties and
expectations for the role will include:

To check each room
daily on assigned floors to ensure it has been cleaned, laid out, supplied and
presented to required standards set.
·
To check Vacant Clean
status rooms promptly each morning and report to the Office Co-coordinator the
status found.
·
To ensure that there
are adequate supplies of linen, guest and cleaning supplies according to the
set par stocks.
·
To handle all guest
requests, queries and complaints promptly and to exercise discretion in any
contact with guests.
·
Ensuring all
procedures are followed in relation to LQA standards
You will be required to work 40 hours per
week, on a shift rota.
