Job summary Specialist Systemic Family Therapist - The Darwin Centre - Band 8A (Part time - 30 hours per week) Are you passionate about supporting families to create lasting change ? As a Family Systemic Worker, you will use a relational and strengths-based approach to work intensively with families facing complex challenges. Deliver therapeutic, family-focused interventions using systemic principles. Work alongside social workers, Nursing Staff, medical staff, and other professionals to support family plans Build trusting relationships with families, promoting resilience and self-efficacy. These treatments will include the following systemic psychotherapy intervention Family Based treatment model The post holder is expected to participate in assessments of patients referred for treatment and to consult to multi-disciplinary and multi-agency colleagues regarding the family treatment component of each patients care.
