Cheshire FA are recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Officer (2.5 days per week), to provide support on all things Finance. The successful applicant will be responsible for the bookkeeping of the County FA finances.
Job Title: Finance Officer (PT)
Reports To: CEO
Location: Hartford House, Moss Farm Recreation Centre, Northwich, CW8 4BG (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Part Time (2.5 days per week), 2-year Fixed Term
Salary: Circa £25,000pa pro rata (dependent upon experience)
Working Hours: 2.5 days per week (17.5 hours)
Key responsibilities:
* Invoicing
* Payment of Invoices
* Payment Processing
* Refund Processing using Barclaycard Smartpay
* Expense Approval & Payments
* Bank Reconciliation
* Expenditure Sheet Management for Football Development
* Payroll / Wages / Pension / PAYE
Applicants MUST be qualified in Accountancy, with experience of budgeting, financial processes and an understanding of XERO accounting software.
