We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to support our client at their home in Preston.
When you'll be working:
* Monday-Friday: 1 hour morning shift (7.30am-8.30am) and 1 hour evening shift (7.30pm-8.30pm)
* Saturday: 1 hour morning shift (8am-9am) and 1 hour evening shift (7.30pm-8.30pm)
* Sunday: 5pm-9pm
* You can be recruited for morning and/or evening shifts, depending on which of the above shifts you are available to work
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support an 8 year old little girl with a gastrostomy tube in her family home.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
