ANNA Money is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for our new customers. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the setup process, addressing any concerns, and ensuring they are fully equipped to utilise our products effectively. Our Onboarding Team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM, delivering personalised assistance to our new clients, including small businesses and freelancers who may need additional patience and guidance as they embark on their new business journey. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely and efficient setup of accounts. Conduct onboarding sessions, providing training and support on using ANNA Money’s features and functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance and Customer Experience, to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues. Gather and analyse customer feedback during the onboarding phase to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and resources to streamline the process. Monitor onboarding metrics to assess performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in the launch of new onboarding features, providing insights based on customer experiences. Requirements Knowledge of the regulatory requirements of KYC and KYB KYC and KYB experience within a financial institution Experience in decision making upon completion of investigation Experience in reviewing identification documents Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to a fast-paced environment. Comfortable and confident speaking with clients over the phone Understanding of CIFAS and SIRA.
