Your new company is a highly entrepreneurial Real Estate business. An owner-managed SME that has proven to be different from its competitors, which has helped it grow substantially over recent years. Now operating in over 10 countries with over 50 different entities.
Your new role
In this newly created role, you'll be a key member of the company's leadership team and will be instrumental in producing and maintaining accurate and timely data for the group. You will assist the senior management team in all areas of group reporting. You will take the lead as system administrator in relation to all finance-related systems and associated applications. You will own the internal audit procedures to ensure processes are being followed. You'll explore automation and process improvements related to the financial process and work closely with senior management across the business with their current reporting processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this exciting commercial role, you'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have the confidence and experience to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements where necessary. You will have a real interest in working within the wider business and not just within finance. Knowledge of the property sector would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
