Linsco are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join an existing site team on a project in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-level construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full fit-out process, ensuring smooth project delivery.
* Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site.
* Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.
* Monitor project progress, quality, and deadlines.
* Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
* Problem-solve and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.
* Liase with the client on all aspects of the project.
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
