Job Summary:
Aeropeople Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the Customer Service and Sales & Asset Management functions, providing a best-in-class service to customers and driving commercial growth.
About the Role:
* Manage and develop customer relationships to create long-term partnerships and opportunities for revenue growth.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenues and margins from trading owned and consigned assets.
* Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business by identifying new sales channels and generating leads.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of business and consigned inventories, including investment strategy and availability management.
* Pricing strategy implementation and revenue/margin accountability.
* Development and implementation of departmental processes and personnel.
* Account management for key business partners and customers.
* Cooperation with Business Development on managing key opportunities and customer/supplier relationships.
* Setting individual and departmental objectives, KPIs, and targets.
* Active contribution to the long-term growth and development of the business.
Requirements:
* Degree in business or technical field preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management software.
* Previous experience in aviation, customer-focused role, team management, and development.
* Commercially experienced/entrepreneurial, ability to produce business plans and proposals.
* Strong organisational skills, customer focus, and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues.

* Estimated annual salary: £75,000 dependent upon experience.
