The Recruitment Team at the University of St Andrews are seeking to appoint an exceptional talent acquisition and recruitment professional to join an already established service that is going through an exciting period of change as part of a large-scale HR Enhancement programme.
The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the Recruitment Manager in delivering new added value staff recruitment activities and propositions to the organisation. As a forward thinking and impactful professional, the Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for ensuring we attract and acquire the best possible talent to the University of St Andrews by providing high quality advice and guidance to our colleagues.
In line with our ongoing HR Enhancement activities, the Recruitment service will continue to modernise and develop high quality approaches to talent attraction. Our goal is to ensure our service delivers best in class and inclusive recruitment experiences for candidates and internal colleagues alike. The Recruitment Specialist will be a leader in driving the ongoing innovation and improvements to the recruitment service by working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Team Leader.
The University of St Andrews is a highly diverse organisation which is reflected in both our people and the roles they do. The Recruitment Specialist will have an opportunity to work across the breadth of the organisation and deliver high quality recruitment exercises across critical Academic and Professional Service appointments.
