Our client, Kings Court Trust, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join them and support them in delivering their award-winning estate administration service to their clients.
What you'll be doing
Their Business Support Administrator supports their Operations department by providing administrative support to their colleagues working in their Service Delivery team. This is a fast-paced role which is measured by the quality of work carried out against service level agreements (SLA’s).
* Sorting, scanning and distribution of all incoming post, together with the franking and sorting of all outgoing post.
* Sorting and sending daily scanning to external scanning provider.
* Liaising with external scanning provider, requesting copies of documents as appropriate and managing and improving working relationship.
* Scanning of general documents, certificates, grants and cheques.
* Filing of documentation, ensuring filing systems and accurate records are maintained.
* Processing digitally signed documents including, but not limited to, grant applications and incoming grants.
* Carrying out administrative support for Service Delivery including, but not limited to legal printing, tax scanning and arranging couriers.
* Uploading post items to the case management system and allocating miscellaneous post items.
The ideal candidate
Our client understands you may not have all of the below skills or experience, but they would encourage you to apply if you have some of the below:
* A keen interest in developing within the Legal Industry
* 5 x GCSE's including Mathematics and English at grade 4/C or above
* Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
* Integrity, honesty, attention to detail and can-do attitude
* Willingness to learn, embrace change and support process improvements

Salary: £23,250 per annum
Location: Bristol, On-site
Hours: Typical office hours are 9am – 5pm
