As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an ambitious, driven, and strategic Head of Retailer Development and Growth to join our team and lead this transformation. If you have experience in sales, business development, and retailer partnerships, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a rapidly evolving company.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Own Retailer Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to acquire, scale, and manage retailer relationships. You’ll oversee outbound sales and inbound leads driven by advertising and marketing.
2. Lead Business Development: Identify and onboard digital retail partners, particularly those operating on eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce. You will be central to generating new opportunities that drive revenue.
3. Collaborate to Innovate: Work closely with retailers and brands to create mutually beneficial offers and seamless integrations that support growth for both parties.
4. Drive Growth: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align retailer development with overall business strategy, helping to push forward ambitious company goals.
5. Onboarding Process: Take full ownership of the retailer onboarding process, from initial sale and application to technical integration and connecting with publishers to ensure their products are featured across our publishing network.
What You’ll Need
1. Strong Drive: A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering and exceeding expectations.
2. Sales & Business Development Experience: Proven experience in new sales acquisition, account management, or business development (ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, fintech, or affiliate marketing).
3. Organised and Self-Motivated: Able to handle multiple tasks, manage your own schedule, and stay focused on key objectives.
4. Ownership: Comfortable managing the entire sales cycle—from outreach and sales to onboarding and integration.
5. Customer Understanding: Ability to understand retailer and publisher needs and behaviors, turning those insights into actionable plans and deals.
6. Relationship Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to nurture and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
7. Strategic & Commercial Mindset: A focus on achieving growth and revenue, with an ability to balance both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
