We are looking for an exceptional leader who is passionate to deliver best-in-class customer experience, who thinks and acts globally, and who has the ability to simplify processes to join us as a Learning Experience Designer [LXD] for Prime Video Trust & Safety.
As a Sr. Program Manager, you will play a vital role in assessing the current learning journey of the operators, identifying opportunities to standardize onboarding experience and drive parity across Operations, and implementing the right training processes and solutions to accelerate the learning curve and enhance a holistic learning experience. You will identify current learning experience pain points and gaps, invent new training solutions and simplify processes in partnership with business stakeholders across teams globally.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Identify new learning technology and tools to minimize the development and deployment time and maximize learning effectiveness.
2. Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
3. Assess current learning experiences of the team - Operators, Managers and ICs.
4. Identify pain points and gaps in the current learning experience.
5. Establish feedback mechanisms to identify improvement opportunities.
6. Design, develop and launch scalable training processes, solutions for post onboarding support, content building and leadership development programs.
7. Partner with Operations team, program managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs against required training timelines.
8. Conduct stakeholder and SME interviews to determine, recommend and document project instructional standards, learner engagement strategies and evaluation plan.
9. Design and develop course content included but not limited to measurable learning objectives, scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, reference glossaries, and knowledge assessments.
10. Utilize ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick and other recognized models to rapidly design, develop, and publish engaging course content and learning activities for ILT, online and virtual modalities with continuous evaluation/improvement cycles for the course content.
11. Support LED goals and initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience of program or project management, including owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
2. Experience explaining complex topics to a novice audience.
3. Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and outcomes.
4. Demonstrated adult learning implementation and driving performance through impactful training.
5. Experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Learning Technology eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Vyond, and Captivate.
6. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelors or Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar field.
2. Experience in instructional design within a related field (big data, speech and language data, etc.) is a plus.
3. Industry certifications in leadership development, instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate.
4. Experience working in a scrum-based development cycle.
5. Experience working on a fast-paced Instructional Design team.
6. Experience working on a leadership development team.
7. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone.
8. Ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders.
