Job Title ICP Co-Ordinator Reporting to Delivery Manager – South Depot Podington, Northamptonshire THE ROLE You will co-ordinate and collate information that is essential to the success of our ICP schemes. Making sure the information is accurate, compliant, and well organised. You will be supporting the successful completion of works within agreed timescales, budgets, and standards. A typical week might involve Preparing ICP job packs & Coordination of planned works with operatives Liaising with DNO Networks & submissions of applications Submission of as-laid information Reviewing RAMS and Health & Safety documentation Document control. Comparing latest revision drawings against the tender documents and submitting the change in works information to the commercial team Collating O & M Manual documentation Co-ordination of audit assessments in line with NERS requirements Taking minutes and monitoring actions for ICP Lead’s meetings As a rapidly growing business, no two days are ever the same so what you do will vary. A pply if you are Great at prioritising effectively, and able to deal with multiple responsibilities and deadlines Experienced working within an ICP or connections based environment Strong understanding of DNO/IDNO processes, standards and regulatory requirements A strong communicator and able to build strong relationships with people at all levels Details orientated and able to identify improvements needed Great at managing your time effectively Looking for a busy environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with G81 specifications and ENA processes is desirable Why us?
