1. Arrange, plan and take comprehensive minutes at departmental meetings, to circulate meeting minutes.
2. Organising and checking user appointments through the ITSM (IT Service Management) tool.
3. Supporting the IT Operations team to provide efficient support to the trust's service users, ensuring requests and incidents are updated throughout the ticket lifecycle within the ITSM tool.
4. IT Equipment deliveries to any of GHC sites.
5. Communicating and/or requesting IT technical information in a manner that can be understood by non-technical or unskilled users.
6. To manage the Clinical Induction Process, ensuring all clinical staff receive the required IT equipment and peripherals required to enable them to complete their job role within the Trust.
7. Completion of Clinical Systems access requests.
8. Generate and provide ad-hoc reports from various IT systems to management.
9. Engaging with third party suppliers via various communication methods to respond to queries and follow up outstanding requests.
10. To support the raising and processing of orders and invoices (Computer Software licenses and IT Equipment) and ensuring data is stored accurately.
