With 180 employees, reaching7 m consumers and collaborating with 500+ retailers, Pluxee UK islooking for a leader who can guide ts finance teams and help deliversustainable and profitable growth in a dynamic and competitive market.We’re searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) tojoin our local team of high-performing professionals and keep ourfinances positioned for continued success.
The CFO will have aday-to-day, ongoing impact on Pluxee UK business, leading all relevantaccounting activities, financial analyses and action plans developedin partnership with business to continuously improve our financialposition in line with Pluxee Group guidance and framworks.
Thisposition is a key leadership role and hence part of the Pluxee UKexecutive leadership team, requiring effective communication skills.She/he is a valued business partner within the company and thereforecan demonstrate ability to improve performance and help seize newbusiness opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
* Group guidance, processes and requirements are implementedand complied with in all aspects of the job and related duties.
* Responsible for all aspects of financial accounting,treasury, financial controlling, budgeting and financial planning ofPluxee UK. The role will entail:
* Daily running of the financeteam, the review of cash flows, financial statements and reports,
* Group reporting and local statutory requirements fortreasury, tax, legal, insurance and other related administrativeactivities in connection with the Group counterparts whenever needed.
* Monitoring and supervising period end closure procedures forledgers and reporting including tax planning and reporting accordingto IFRS – IAS and other administrative procedures and standards
* Managing banks and financial institutions always in tightcooperation with the Group Treasury and Financing department,developing trusted relationships with them. Leading the preparationand analyses of all programs related with cash flow, analyticalbalance sheet, fund flow and other financial tables
* Follow-upof government incentive processes and all regulatory requirements inclose cooperation with Group legal department whenever needed andlegal advisors
* Leads the development, analysis, andinterpretation of business and financial data to appraise operatingresults in terms of profitability, performance against budget, andother matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operatingeffectiveness of the organization.
* Responsible for providingeffective financial controls for the organization and assists otherdepartments in budgeting and forecasting. Contributes to theprotection of company assets.
* Participates and contributes tothe Finext Program (Group finance transformation plan)
* Rolemodel in the collaboration with Executive team members at countrylevel as well as spoke and global levels
* Cooperates withinternal and external auditors and partners
* Builds aneffective and engaged Finance organization with right skills andknowledge
* 10+ years performing a CFO positionrequired (experience in matrix structure companies desirable)
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent required
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,MBA or advanced degree preferred
* 15+ years of experience inFinance. Strong accounting experience mandatory
* 15+ years ofexperience in Treasury Operations Management, Auditing, Financialreporting
* Experience from international environment/companyprograms. Experience in a big Four or equivalent would be a plus.
* English language (bilingual or native)
