What you'll do
* Build sustainable reputational value, promoting Vodafone as an innovator and technology leader, delivering new solutions and services to customers, and improving digital experiences.
* Design and execute effective PR/Corporate Relations strategies and plans.
* Work with various teams across the business as they innovate, trial and develop new technology solutions (cloud, 5G, security, IoT etc).
* Create and co-ordinate delivery of quality editorial content for external use.
* Work with agencies to amplify PR moments with campaigns and other creative solutions.
* Educate media and other external stakeholders on misconceptions around technology and support in mitigating potential negative media comment.
Who you are
* Significant, demonstrable experience within a Communications and/or related department.
* Confident, self-motivated, and articulate communicator with the ability to understand complexity and to act quickly and with clarity of thought.
* Calmness under pressure and ability to take a sensible and balanced view on issues.
* Strong writing and editing skills.
* Demonstrate Vodafone role model behaviours, working in a collegiate way with colleagues and agencies.
