Carter Hospitality is a family-owned company looking for a Regional Director of Hotel Operations to join our luxury hotel portfolio. This position will oversee multiple locations and excel in inspiring and leading staff in the hotel / resort industry.
Responsibilities :
* Manage and train General Managers.
* Manage financial performance of hotels in the portfolio by analyzing and reconciling financial reports, advising on cost control methods, budgeting and forecasting, and resolving issues.
* Implement business strategies, plans, and practices.
* Ensure operations standards for each hotel.
* Manage the overall operation of our hotels through maintaining cost and quality standards, developing employees, and exceeding guest experiences.
* Control day-to-day operations costs, revenue, and labor.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
* Select, develop, and lead the management team.
* Develop internal QA Compliance Program.
Requirements :
* Bachelor’s Degree in business.
* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in multi-faceted full-service hotel operations and leadership roles.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Delphi, SMS, Opera, M3.
* Multi-unit experience with branded chains preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Critical thinker and decision maker.
* Proven leadership skills.
