About the Role We are looking for 2 new Customer Service Administrators to join the Customer Services team on a full-time basis. This role will involve processing protection products including life insurance, travel insurance, group life insurance, annuities, and pet insurance. You don't need to come from a financial or insurance background (technical training provided); we're looking for customer and experience focused professionals who are passionate, empathetic, and deeply care about providing good outcomes for customers to ensure that customers are enabled to pursue their financial objectives Specific responsibilities · Answering all emails within the customer services mailbox to Idol service standards. · Updating customers when notified of a change by our Product Providers within our service level standard. · Proactively engaging in outbound customer contact to follow-up on online activity. · Answering telephone enquiries to an exceptional standard. Engaging with customers, listening carefully and showing empathy when required. · Opening and distributing post. · Taking a proactive stance to professional development and training About You You’re a customer-focused individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service. With experience in an office-based setting, you thrive in dynamic environments and excel in managing multiple tasks efficiently. You’re confident in using MS Office products and quick to learn new systems, ensuring that you’re always up to speed with the latest tools and processes. You bring excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a warm and engaging telephone manner. You’re empathetic when needed, able to build rapport with customers while ensuring their queries are resolved effectively. You value teamwork, collaborate easily with colleagues, and know how to manage your time to meet strict service standards.
