Responsibilities
13. Plan, prepare and teach appropriate lessons and enable children with varying abilities to access the KS3 & KS4 curriculum
14. Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, exams, projects, and other assessment methods.
15. Deliver captivating and exciting lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
16. Possess a deep and secure knowledge of your subject, and be open to employing a hands-on approach to the curriculum.
17. Reveal the beauty and intricacy of the English language by exploring its subtleties, idioms, and etymology
18. Encourage students to express themselves through writing, poetry, storytelling, or drama, allowing them to unleash their creativity and imagination
19. Establish and enforce classroom rules and expectations to cultivate a safe and respectful learning environment.
