The role
The role is an essential marketing position supporting all aspects of Digital Marketing. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and delivering Digital Marketing that drives customer traffic and supports conversion through all online channels of Kwik Fit & STS Tyre Pros.
Key Objectives
* Implement the Digital Marketing annual activity plans to achieve the overall marketing strategy.
* Drive traffic to websites via a multi-platform approach utilising SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, display advertising and online promotions.
* Track performance KPIs, activity, report and make improvement.
* Support ongoing development of group websites to improve customer experience.
This permanent role will operate on a hybrid basis following a successful training and induction period, with occasional travel to ETEL locations as required by the business.
Key accountabilities
* Work with PPC Agency to manage Google Ads campaigns, ad creation, keyword research and keyword generation, within monthly budget limits.
* Monitor affiliate marketing and work closely with affiliate marketing agency to create customer offers and validate orders.
* Work with Display Ad agency to deliver consistently improving ROI from the channel.
* Report on website traffic and performance on Google Analytics.
* Monitor ongoing campaign performance, keeping accurate records, identifying variances and provide recommendations for improvement as necessary.
* Support Digital and CRM team with content and data to assist with SEO and customer comms.
* Manage monthly online promotions, including managing fulfilment of offers and/or prizes.
* Work closely with customer services team to resolve any online customer issues.
* Manage diary updates, centre location changes, opening hours and changes of services at centres.
* Travel across the UK when necessary and agreed with Manager.

Skills & experience
* Degree or relevant marketing qualification.
* 1 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role preferred but not essential (full training given).
* Excellent copywriting skills.
* Strong eye for detail.
* Able to think critically with strong problem solving skills.
* Strong project management – self-sufficient in prioritising, organising workload, planning ahead and motivating others.
* Flexible and able to adapt to the changing business environment and demands.
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work within cross-functional teams.
* Capable of working well in a fast paced retail environment.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
* Passion for Digital Marketing and automotive industry.
* Full UK Cat B drivers licence.
