INTRODUCTION
CMT Learning is the exclusive operators of Nike Sports Camps in the UK, we welcome thousands of young players from all over the world onto our Nike summer camps each year. We specialise in sports training and educational experiences for young people designed to accelerate learning, sporting prowess and personal development. Together with our extensive experience, we work with some of the world’s top sports brands, educators, clubs and coaches to develop action packed, effective and high-quality programmes. We’re looking for someone to assist our Recruitment Team in ensuring our temporary summer staff are fully compliant, trained, and ready to join our programme.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Recruitment
1. Track the status of staff in the recruitment process, keeping our staffing system up to date with the latest information.
2. Provide regular updates to the Head of People Operations on the recruitment progress of our staff.
3. Support the Recruitment & Training Executive with the recruitment process where needed.
4. Monitor job adverts and platforms to ensure all postings are current and accurate.
Communications
1. Be the main point of contact for compliance and onboarding of summer staff, guiding them through the process with clear and friendly communication.
2. Organise and manage the recruitment inbox, ensuring timely responses.
3. Assist in the planning, preparation, and communication for assessment days, helping to organize and send out necessary information.
Compliance & Onboarding
1. Manage and update the staff database, ensuring all summer staff have completed necessary checks, training courses, references, and contracts.
2. Oversee the onboarding process for all temporary staff, ensuring they are fully prepared and ready to start before their start date.
Other
1. Work with the Operations Executive to coordinate staff kit requirements
2. Undertake any additional tasks required.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
All staff will contribute to the overall smooth running of our programmes. Ultimately the safety of children is paramount, and the high standards expected of working with top brands needs to be maintained. We expect high personal standards, friendly, positive and approachable staff who will always remain professional and calm. Staff will be able to handle sensitive situations well, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidance, have excellent organisational skills, be good role models and be able to contribute to a positive working environment.

* Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel and an understanding of database management systems.

PACKAGE
* Full Time (37hrs per week)
* 4 - 6 Month contract (March – August)
* Salary: Competitive
* 25 Days Holiday per year (pro rata)
