We're looking for someone to join the B&NES Swindon and Wiltshire Acute Hospital Alliance Procurement Service delivering collaborative procurement and commercial support to Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust (SFT), Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (GWH), Wiltshire Health and Care (WHC), and Royal United Hospital Bath (RUH).

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate(s) will have the flexibility to be based at any of the Trusts in Bath or Swindon and will undertake procurement activity for all Trusts within the B&NES Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care System (ICS) and consequently will be required to split their time across the organisations accordingly. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office after completion of a successful induction period.
The post holder will lead and develop the Transaction Procurement team to provide an efficient and high-quality service to all stakeholders by managing a small team to undertake the day-to-day activities on behalf of the ICS, ensuring Purchase Orders are raised in a compliant and timely manner.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience
Essential criteria
* Educated to A Level Standard
* Experience of Data Analysis
* Public Procurement Experience
* Working knowledge of Finance Systems
* Data Presentation Skills
* Computer Literate
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
* Good communication skills verbal and written
Desirable criteria
* Membership of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply
* NHS Experience
* Experience of Oracle and/or Unit 4 Systems
