About the role
The UK & EMEA Customer Supply Chain Manager delivers world-class fulfilment rates, counter service, and order management across key markets, through seamless operations, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. This role partners with commercial stakeholders, key customers such as Boots UK, and our third-party logistic provider, identifying efficiencies, reducing cost and optimising inventory. The role requires focus on execution excellence, and the ability to collaborate across regional and global teams.
Our Supply Chain function plays a pivotal role in No7 Beauty Company, operating end to end across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Distribution activities. We work in partnership with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the delivery of our brands to both customer and consumers is efficient.
This is high impact and visible management role reporting into the Regional Supply Chain Director and leading a team of 5 people. Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensure high fulfilment rates, counter service and maximize sell-in opportunities.
2. Seamless order management and on-time delivery of both all year round and launch skus while mitigating potential risks.
3. Strengthen key customer relationships, particularly with Boots UK, ensuring alignment on supply chain strategies and execution of joint business plans.
4. Optimize inventory management across No7 Beauty Company (No7BC) and customer warehouses, including allocations.
5. Oversee performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring cost control, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in warehouse and distribution processes.
6. Drive collaboration between supply planning, demand planning, and commercial teams to enhance forecasting and execution.
7. Lead internal S&OP meetings, focusing on execution and ensuring alignment, particularly around improved service levels.
8. Support and influence global supply chain initiatives, ensuring regional priorities are represented in strategic planning.
9. Provide accurate & insightful reporting on Customer Supply Chain performance and root causing, focusing on fulfilment rates and in-stock availability at key retailers.
10. Foster team development by implementing structured training and development plans while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
11. Identify, lead and manage ad hoc projects and initiatives.
What you'll need to have
1. Substantial and relevant supply chain / operations experience preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
2. Degree educated or corresponding professional qualifications.
3. Ability to build and develop motivated and empowered teams.
4. Performance management and strong delivery track record.
5. Strong stakeholder management skills, experience of working with major retail partners such as Boots.
6. Solid understanding of order management process and flows, both business to business and direct to consumer.
7. Exposure to or direct experience of managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse operations.
8. S&OP execution and supply chain planning.
9. Proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
10. Analytical & numerical skillset, with experience in inventory management and forecasting.
11. Able to work at pace to meet designated timelines.

1. Ability to manage complex supply chain operations across multiple markets.
2. Familiarity with digital supply chain tools and analytics platforms.
3. SAP system experience desirable but not essential.
4. Commercial acumen and ability to link operations to commercial plans to drive business performance.
5. Experience of cross-functional teams and driving alignment between commercial, planning, and logistics functions.
