Summary: We are seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and other imaging technologies. The Radiographer will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnoses to patients. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and other imaging technologies Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process to them Position patients correctly to obtain the best possible images Operate imaging equipment and adjust settings to obtain high-quality images Analyze images to ensure they are of diagnostic quality Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnoses to patients Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality Follow safety protocols to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure Stay up-to-date with advances in imaging technology and techniques Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field Certification by the HCPC State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
