Graduate Success Coordinator
Grade G £32,397 - £37,280 per annum

About the Role
As Graduate Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of NTU Employability's graduate support project activities. This is an exciting role that will enable you to drive forward some of our existing and highly successful initiatives for students and graduates, as well as having the opportunity to develop new ways to engage with NTU's diverse student and graduate body.
This role would suit someone with strong project and partnership management skills, who has a passion for working with others to support students and graduates to achieve their full potential. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and have the ability to use creativity when delivering work and solving problems. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of the Graduate Outcomes Survey and its significance as a metric of success for the university.
This is a role that is full of variety, that will include:
* Coordinating an annual programme of activities to support students and recent graduates to positively impact graduate outcomes
* Identifying and utilising new and innovative ways to engage students and graduates with project activities, including working with external stakeholders to drive this approach
* Raising the awareness of the work of your team among colleagues and by developing key relationships with stakeholders throughout NTU
* Utilising your knowledge of the current graduate employment market to support students and graduates in making informed decisions about the next steps in their career
