To provide comprehensive Sales support for both internal and external customers and to build relationships with new and existing customer base. Generating customer quotations and processing orders, from enquiry to delivery. Promoting the company brand and responding to new opportunities with the Commercial Director. This would be a full-time role which may be of a hybrid location if required for the correct candidate.
Role Responsibilities
1. Respond to incoming requests for quotations and opportunities.
2. Provide a link between design, operations, and installation from a Sales perspective.
3. Build new and maintain existing client relationships.
4. Order processing and bespoke individual purchasing.
5. Report Generation for monthly sales Growth analysis.
6. Web site and product literature updating.
7. Support commercial director with client meeting and product demonstration.
8. Information support with Operations Manager.
Role Requirements
1. Communicate at all levels.
2. Commercial awareness & a strong sales negotiator.
3. Good organisational and multi-tasking skills.
4. Ability to prioritise workload.
5. Excel & Word experience.
6. Experience in handling stressful situations resulting from volume emails from customers and changes in Project deployment / External customer priorities.
7. Experience in and or knowledge of the IT / Data centre market environment and or similar.
8. An engineering and or a mechanical background an advantage.
9. Good Teamwork skills.
