We support clients and families from the initial stages through the litigation process and beyond. We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our busy team in our Southampton or Bournemouth office. You will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience of Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence work. Excellent client focused skills are essential as is an ability to engage with the client whilst being supportive and empathetic. You would deliver practical services of outstanding quality that are focused on the Client’s needs and the ability to manage your own cases from file opening through to conclusion on our case management system. You will be able to meet targets and ensure deadlines are met whilst raising issues and continually reporting back progress. You will also possess excellent IT skills and be able to display a high level of attention to detail. You will be organised and flexible in approach and able to work as part of a team.
