What you’ll do
* You will be accountable for the Factory deliverables against the CMT Release cycles and functional strategy.
* You will act as a key point of contact and owner for factory relating Incidents.
* You will be accountable for managing functional risks, issues & dependencies in relation to project milestones, IT applications, resources or other CMT factory impacting factors.
* You will be responsible for the operational effectiveness of the CMT factory, providing management of 3rd party suppliers and internal teams to deliver on behalf of CMT.
* You will be accountable for the regular communication and reporting of Factory based KPI’s, operational performance, capacity and progress of deliverables, in alignment with the functional strategy.
* You will be accountable for factory capacity management in line with Domain and Departmental processes, supporting the most efficient usage of available resources to support CMT deliverables, and business priorities, working fluidly with the CRLE Demand and Delivery and broader CMT teams.
Who you are
* You will have previous experience within varied IT ecosystems and in managing delivery teams.
* You will preferably have previous experience managing suppliers and 3rd parties within an IT environment.
* You will have previous project management experience.
* You will be able to demonstrate a commercial understanding of cost drivers for service and opportunities.
* You will have a passion for delivering our current projects but also a desire & drive to manage change and processes within CMT.
* You will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
