Manpower are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Warehouse Administrator to join our national client based in Tyseley.
Monday - Friday
£13.25 per hour
08:00 - 18:00 (37.5 hours a week, hours to be agreed)

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A WAREHOUSE ADMIN POSITION
Interviews to take place Thursday 19th and Friday 20th December
Main Duties:
* Primary responsibility will be the entry and processing of data within the customers SAP system.
* Claim handling and reporting via customers SAP system.
* Undertake investigations of claims between both customer system and own system for discrepancies, shortages and damages of both outbound customer deliveries, inbound supplier receipts, and on-site stock issues.
* Monitor, investigate, and rectify any EDI orders failure, primarily via SAP or escalate to SAP help desk where required if not resolved.
* Daily communication with the customers Service and Logistics teams to ensure service excellence.
* Provide timely updates to the customer via the SAP system, or via email, Teams, and telephone.
* Act as the primary contact with the customers Service and Logistics Teams.
* Participate in site meetings and client conference calls, as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in data entry and using SAP, or equivalent systems (such as order management or global freight systems).
* Numeric and confident in compiling information and data.
* Ability to understand and execute new processes.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office features, especially Excel.
* Confident communicator, both written and oral.
* Friendly interpersonal skills.
* Understand and respect the company confidentiality and compliance guidelines (code of conduct).
* Strong affinity with required client quality standards.
