Coordinate and deliver improvement projects across the elective patient surgical pathway. Engage and empower staff, fostering a culture of compassionate and inclusive leadership. Use change management methodologies and programme management to drive improvement. Report progress to the Divisional Senior Management Team and produce formal monthly reports.
