We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to work in a nursery in Oxford. The salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and ongoing training and career development opportunities. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week with a holiday entitlement and pension scheme and great continued training and career progression opportunities for staff. You must be qualified to a minimum of level 3 in Childcare & Education and have good experience working in nurseries or childcare settings. This is an excellent opportunity to work in childcare, providing care and support to the under 5s and creating a fun and happy environment for the children to play and learn. The role includes play work, activities, support with feeding, personal care and supporting the staff team with daily tasks as well as being a key person within the nursery, reporting back to parents on their child’s progression. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work in unity with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve all-round outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children, as a key part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the education and development of your key children, through outstanding quality of teaching and learning You will collaborate as part of a team to deliver outstanding care, early education and ensure performance standards are consistently met.
