Are you a PMO Manager with team leadership experience? Have you set up project and programme offices for large or complex programmes, getting them up and running for a wider PMO service to run?
What work will I be doing?
* Run a small team of PMOs
* Deliver PM setup, setting up project and programme offices for large and complex programmes across international change
* Work with global stakeholders to build project pipeline and business case, set-up project governance mechanisms, and handover to the wider PMO service to run
* Assist stakeholder businesses (Technology, Operations, Finance, Front Office) to scope projects and programmes, refine solution requirements, and define project plans.
What are we looking for?
You’ll demonstrate:
* Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall-style project methodologies and have an understanding of deliverables required for each methodology
* Experience in handling digital or regulatory transformation projects
* Experience of leading PMO teams
* Ideally, experience of working in international PMO teams
* Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment
* Excellent and demonstrable understanding of “best practice” approaches to project and programme delivery
