This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the compliance strategy of the business as we work toward these accreditations in a short timeframe.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to drive business-wide compliance initiatives and oversee the implementation of multiple new accreditations. This role is not solely focused on product quality, as that is already managed within the team, but rather on ensuring our business processes, security protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance align with our accreditation goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Accreditation Leadership – Develop and implement action plans to achieve ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, and List X accreditation
* Compliance Management – Ensure company-wide adherence to relevant standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
* Process Development & Optimization – Enhance and document business processes to align with accreditation requirements.
* Internal Audits & Gap Analysis – Conduct regular gap assessments to identify and resolve non-compliances.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful certification.
* Security & Information Management – Support implementation of data security, access control, and classified material handling for List X accreditation.
* Environmental & Sustainability Compliance – Drive initiatives for ISO 14001, ensuring sustainable and environmentally responsible operations.
* Training & Awareness – Educate employees on new compliance procedures, security measures, and quality expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in managing accreditations (ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, or List X is a plus).
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, business processes, and risk management.
* Experience conducting internal audits and driving corrective actions.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for ISO 27001 and secure data handling for List X accreditation.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines to achieve multiple accreditations in parallel.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
* Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across different functions.
* Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries is a plus.
