This role will fall directly under our Project EV and Curv 360 division: Part of Project Better Energy the UK’s leading Solar installer, CURV 360 brings together Project EV with a full range of residential and commercial charging solutions and Project CURV focused on smart electric heating and hot water. The solutions are available through leading National & Regional Wholesalers supported by an in house design a back-office team. The role: The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing relationships and growing the territory through new business through National & Independent Wholesalers within the territory. In addition, you will support your Wholesale Accounts to win business from Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Regional House Builders with joint visits, feeding back information to the in house specification team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to senior management. Mentor and guide junior business development team members to enhance their skills and performance. Represent PBE at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services. Essential experience: 2 years field sales experience. Previous experience selling to Wholesalers Excellent communication and negotiating skills. Work effectively in a team whilst being self-motivated and hungry for success.
