Great role if you love events but want less travel The agency This full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, predominantly in the pharma, automotive, technology and oil & gas sectors, to deliver a range of events and experiences. From large scale exhibitions for 1000's to incentive programmes through to product launches these events come with logistically complex elements and are delivered worldwide in some fantastic destinations. The Role This is a busy Finance Manager role where the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Finance with all event project budgets and accounting for client accounts. From client invoicing, to general reporting for both internal and external stakeholders the Finance Manager will ensure that projects stay within scope and that SLAs are adhered to. Resource tracking on each project will also be part of the role. About you We are ideally looking for an events background in management of event budgets, scoping costs, resourcing and financial reconciliation. Experience in updating internal project systems as well as making sure that expenses and charge backs are correctly accounted for is key.
