A well-established, privately owned beauty manufacturing company are looking for an experienced Account Manager to nurture well established accounts across the UK and Ireland. Passion for the beauty sector is essential.

Responsibilities
* Increase client spend by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships
* Supplier/Agency management, Critical Path management and Design and Print management
* Inform customers of late/short deliveries despatch same day sample requests
* Handle and log any complaints on Excel and approve and update pricing on Sage
* Contribute to the implementation of a strategic marketing plan
* Test and measure all marketing campaigns to determine success rate
* Maintain CRM system, keeping all electronic and paper records up to date
* Research all competitors/customers, keep up to date information on product categories
* Identify areas for New Product Development through strong market awareness
* Compiling and presenting weekly reports summarising all current and future projects
Requirements
* Proven track record in successful Account Management
* Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
* Self- motivated team player
* Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Excellent MS Office skills
